Skilled Worker visa

The Skilled worker category is for foreign nationals who are skilled workers and have been offered employment in the UK to take up a job. They must be sponsored by their prospective employer to be able to apply for the visa and the employer will require a sponsor licence before being able to sponsor the worker. The applicant must meet other requirements including the English Language requirement.

Graduate Visa 

The Graduate Visa is designed for international students who have completed a degree at a recognised UK higher education provider. This visa allows you to stay in the UK for at least 2 years (3 years for doctoral graduates) after successfully completing your studies, giving you the opportunity to work or look for work at any skill level.

To qualify for the Graduate Visa, you must:

• Have completed a UK bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or other eligible course.
• Have a valid Tier 4 (General) Student Visa or Student Visa at the time of application.
• Have successfully passed your course, as confirmed by your education provider.

Innovator Founder Visa

The Innovator visa is for those wishing to set up and run an innovative business in the UK. The business idea has to be something unique and different from anyone else on the market. The business idea also has to be endorsed by an endorsing body and the applicant must meet other requirements such as English Language.

Applicants will be granted a visa for three years and a further three years each time they extend the visa. There is no limit on the number of times an applicant can extend the visa. After 3 years, applicants may be eligible for indefinite leave to remain.
